We were contracted by Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust to conduct Business Change Analysis for a diverse set of integrations to their Epic Clinical System. This project included:

Hales Technical Services were contracted by Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust to lead various workstreams for a partial migration of Civica Paris from Pennine Community Foundation to Greater Manchester Mental Health. We led workstreams such as Business Analysis, Data Migration & Testing. In addition to this, we supported other workstreams such as configuration, data warehousing and reporting.

We were commissioned by North West Boroughs NHS Foundation Trust to review and streamline their data collection and reporting processes for 0-19 Services (Family Nurse Partnership, Health Visiting, School Nursing and Safeguarding).
2016
We were commissioned by 5 Boroughs Partnership NHS Foundation Trust to lead the Data Migration Workstream for the migration from an in-house clinical system and iPM PAS to Serverlec RiO.
2012 - 2015
We were commissioned by Bridgewater Community Healthcare NHS Trust to lead the Data Migration Workstream for the migration from Paris (and other clinical systems) to TPP SystmOne. We led a large team that mapped/translated/enhanced/migrated a quarter of a million patient records (which covered most their services). Moving to this cutting-edge system should facilitate even better patient care.

We were commissioned by Bridgewater Community Healthcare NHS Trust to service, tune and support several Microsoft Access databases.

Hales Technical Services helped develop an automated text messaging tool for the 'Health Improvement Team' in Halton. Text reminders encourage higher attendance rates, improved warning of non-attendance and far greater refilling of cancelled appointments which leads to better resource usage, reduced waiting lists, quicker treatment times, reduced costs and better patient care.

Hales Technical Services supplied the award winning 'Health Improvement Team' in Halton with a major upgrade to their clinical system. This major upgrade improves patient pathways, usability, business logic, reporting capabilities and allows the trust to respond to expanded commissioning requirements with ease.

We were contracted by the St Helens and Knowsley Health Informatics Service to deliver 'Paris orientation training' to over 300 health visiting and school nursing staff.

In conjunction with NHS Halton and St Helens, NHS Knowsley, St Helens and Knowsley Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, Civica and Logica, we a provided project management support for the implementation of a shared Paris patient administration system spanning Halton, St Helens and Knowsley.

We designed and built a scheduling module for a North West based continence service. Our involvement included data cleansing, data transfer, development, testing, configuration, system setup, user training and support. Our solution catered one-off and recurring prescriptions, bulk ordering, deliveries and re-deliveries and vastly simplified and improved previous ways of working.

Hales Technical Services won a contract to develop and support a clinical system named 'Tactician' for the Healthy Living Programme at Halton and St Helens Primary Care Trust. This project will enable them to rapidly develop new services and benefit from enhanced reporting capabilities.

We won a contract with Halton and St Helens Primary Care Trust to provide IT consultancy services to Community Health Services (CHS). This contract covered the implementation of a patient administration system to a Treatment Rooms Service and assistance with the procurement and implementation of a new clinical system for the majority of their 76 children's and adult services.
